The request must specify the exact purpose of the data processing and the scope of the requested data. The request may only concern the personal data that is absolutely necessary to achieve the purpose of the request.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data processing related to the services of ME Engineering Kft. is partly based on the clear and voluntary consent of the data subject and partly on law. Management of user\/customer data<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scope of data processed: full name, telephone number, email address, billing name and address<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Purpose of data management: To clearly identify users using the services of ME Engineering Kft. and to provide the service to those authorized to do so.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The legal basis for data processing is: fulfillment of the contractual obligation undertaken, possibly the enforcement of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personal data used for invoicing is processed in accordance with the provisions of the Accounting Act in order to fulfill legal obligations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Duration of data management: we delete the data from our system no later than 5 years after the termination of the contract between us. We would like to inform you that data processed due to the obligation incumbent on the Data Controller and necessary for the performance of the contract cannot be deleted as long as the contract is in force.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The right to block<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: You can request us to block your data via the contact details provided. The blocking will last as long as the reason you have indicated requires the storage of the data. We will do this immediately, but no later than 30 days, upon your request and will send information to the email address you have provided.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The right to protest<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: You may object to data processing via the contact details provided.
